William Barker joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Houston office in 2008. As an associate, he works with the firm's Corporate practice group.
His practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters. He has represented clients in connection with public and private issuances of equity and debt securities, exchange offerings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and credit facilities. In addition, he regularly advises clients regarding U.S. securities law compliance and disclosure matters as well as general corporate governance and compliance matters.
