Steven Suzzan is a partner in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s New York Office, co-chair of the firm's Private Equity Practice Group, and Vice-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He is a member of the firm's Corporate Department, and focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Mr. Suzzan has extensive experience representing equity sponsors and portfolio companies in private equity transactions, issuers and underwriters in public offerings, and public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions. He also represents non-U.S. companies in capital markets and M&A transactions, including companies seeking access to the U.S. capital markets through American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programs.
