Stephanie Schroepfer, who joined the firm in 1987, is a partner in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Stephanie's practice includes all types of matters relating to:

- Executive compensation of all forms including golden parachutes, phantom plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, stock based and partnership unit based compensation plans of all forms
