Shauna Johnson Clark joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 1994 in the firm's Houston office.  She represents management in all aspects of employment law matters including jury and non-jury trials, collective bargaining, mediation and arbitration.  Shauna also has significant experience in preparing affirmative action plans for government contractors.  Additionally, Shauna conducts training seminars for supervisors, prepares and reviews personnel handbooks and policies, and advises clients regarding employee retention and termination.  She has an active trial practice and has first-chaired jury and bench trials to verdict in both state and federal courts.  Shauna is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
