Stephanie Smith has been a partner in the Austin office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. since 1992. Stephanie's primary practice area is complex litigation, with an emphasis on mass torts, product liability, class actions and federal multidistrict litigation. She has extensive experience in managing and litigating large-scale matters in state and federal courts across the country. Stephanie's practice includes serving as national, regional, and local counsel on behalf of various companies, including pharmaceutical, biological, and medical device manufacturers.
Stephanie currently serves as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel for international pharmaceutical and biological companies in litigations related to pediatric vaccines, a Parkinson's Disease medication, and a Class 1 medical device. She previously served as Texas Coordinating and Trial Counsel for pharmaceutical companies in litigation related to diet drugs and an implantable medical device.
