Rosemary Williams joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in the San Antonio Office in 1999. As senior counsel, she focuses her practice on the management of written and electronic discovery and document production issues in litigation and corporate matters, including medical malpractice defense and health care litigation, product liability litigation, tax litigation, and corporate law. She is experienced in the coordination of complex electronic document review and analysis projects and in the supervision of electronic document review teams on various online review platforms. In addition, she assists clients in the development and implementation of comprehensive information management and retention programs to meet the operational needs of a variety of businesses. Rose also has experience as a mediator and has a working knowledge of the Spanish language.

While in law school, Rose served as Executive Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1988 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Rose enjoys international travel and is an avid reader. She also enjoys fishing, as well as watching her sons compete in 4-H shooting sports.
