Roger Harris rejoined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in the firm's Houston office in 1996. Mr. Harris rejoined the firm after having served as a corporate attorney in the finance and acquisition group of the legal department of Tenneco Inc. in Houston. He focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters.

Mr. Harris received a B.B.A. in 1974 and an M.B.A. in 1976 from The University of Texas. He received a J.D. in 1990 from the University of Houston, where he served as Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Barons. Mr. Harris was licensed as a CPA in Texas in 1977, and he was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1990.
