Richard Groos has a multi-faceted practice centered on Intellectual Property Law. His practice includes:
- Consultation, implementation and strategic planning for domestic and international trademark and domain name registration and enforcement;
- Trademark clearance, investigation, prosecution practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, ADR and litigation;
- Creative solutions and problem solving for business needs in branding, advertising and trademark issues;
- Preparation and implementation of trademark manuals, licenses, internal processes for the capture and creation of intellectual property rights, intra-company agreements and anti-counterfeiting programs.
Previously a shareholder with the intellectual property law boutique firm Arnold, White & Durkee, Mr. Groos joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Austin location as a partner in 2000.
