Administrative & Regulatory Representation
Members of Fulbright's product liability group have counseled clients regarding their compliance with federal regulations and have represented clients before federal agencies such as the Consumer Product Safety Administration, the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture. Fulbright has also conducted product recalls on behalf of clients.
Preventive Counseling
Focused on proactive advice, our Product Liability Practice Group provides clients with preventative counseling on reducing the risk of product litigation. This includes product liability audits and assistance with risk management programs.
