Fulbright partner Pamela Jones Harbour, a former Federal Trade Commissioner who is entrenched in this area of law, handled—full-time—competition and consumer protection matters in virtually every sector of the economy. She provided testimony before Senate, Judicial and House subcommittees on antitrust, competition, health, energy, science, transportation and price fixing matters.
This former Commissioner also represented U.S. interests at Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summits, intent upon implementing global privacy frameworks for cross-border data transfers.
