Paul Jacobs, a partner in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s New York office since 1978, is Co-Head of the Firm's Corporation, Business and Banking Department. Mr. Jacobs is primarily engaged in the practice of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, joint ventures and licensing arrangements.
Mr. Jacobs also represents companies and investment groups engaged in leveraged buyouts, venture capital activities and other financing arrangements; foreign companies that have U.S. subsidiaries; and foreign companies selling securities in the U.S. markets. Mr. Jacobs also represents a number of publicly traded companies and has represented special committees of the boards of directors of publicly traded companies. A member of the Firm's elected Policy Committee, he has served as a director of several publicly-traded companies and has served on the Advisory Committee of two different venture capital groups.
