Femi Solade is a lawyer in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P’s litigation group. She has a vast amount of experience representing clients in areas of commercial litigation, product liability, massive tort/disaster litigation, insurance-coverage litigation, antitrust, fraud, consumer fraud/ false advertising, investor-related disputes and general contractual-dispute litigation. Femi also has experience representing clients in the area of international trade regulatory and compliance issues, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Femi represents clients in various industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, railroads and rail equipment manufacturers/owners, against various product liability claims. Femi has defended and managed product liability litigation, including water infiltration and mold litigation. Her experience includes work on a major window manufacturer's national claims on water infiltration and mold issues, directly defending a number of cases and managing several others.
