Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Counsel Matthew Sepp practices in the firm's Pittsburgh-Southpointe office. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation with a focus on oil and gas and environmental practices. Additionally, Matthew has significant litigation experience in all aspects of discovery, trial preparation, and trial.
- Matthew was part of the defense team for an internationally known forensic pathologist and medical examiner charged with 84 federal felonies; after months of trial, the defense rested without calling a single witness; the jury did not reach a verdict on any of the counts.

Matthew is currently active with the March of Dimes Foundation, March for Babies. He has also participated in a local arts council's pro bono service which provides assistance to low-income artists and small arts organizations for art-related legal needs.
