Michelle Pardo joined the Washington, D.C. office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 1997. She is a partner in Fulbright's Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on general civil and criminal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Pardo has worked in a number of diverse areas, including employment discrimination based upon race, gender, age, national origin and disability, fraud, white collar crime and government investigations, product liability, and general commercial and tort litigation. She has handled proceedings in various state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Pardo has first and second chair experience in federal and state courts and has argued before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Recently, Ms. Pardo has acted as a member of two national counsel teams in major product liability and personal injury cases. Ms. Pardo has experience in all aspects of civil litigation including discovery, class actions, motions practice, settlement negotiations, arbitration, trial and appeal. She also has extensive experience in managing large scale electronic discovery.
Ms. Pardo has engaged in media relations work on behalf of her client, including national interview broadcasts with The Today Show, CNN and NPR's All Things Considered. She also has conducted interviews with The New York Times and the Associated Press as well as numerous legal outlets including The Legal Times.
