Mark C. Haut joined the New York location of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 2008. As a senior associate, Mark works with the firm's Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice group. His practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, restructuring and other insolvency-related matters, with an emphasis on bankruptcy litigation. He has been involved in the representation of trustees, secured lenders, commercial landlords and other significant parties in large bankruptcy cases.
Mark previously clerked for Judge Stuart M. Bernstein, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
