Manny Rivera is a Senior Counsel in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on:

• domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies;
• U.S. and international public offerings and private placements of equity, debt and convertible securities;
• securities disclosure and corporate governance advice to small- to mid-cap U.S. public companies and foreign private issuers; and
• general corporate advice for a middle-market client base consisting primarily of companies in the technology, energy and healthcare sectors.
