With more than 28 years of legal practice, Mr. Stewart's experience encompasses almost every aspect of corporate law. He has been a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski since 1987 and is currently Partner-in-Charge in the Dallas office. He is a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Practice.
He is an expert in the business of mergers and acquisitions as well as partnership arrangements. In addition, Mr. Stewart is highly experienced in securities transactions, business financings, and general corporate transactions and operations.
A certified public accountant as well as a seasoned counselor, Mr. Stewart understands the business side of a deal better than most. His clients benefit from his solid negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the law as it relates to corporate business transactions.
