As a partner, Joe provides counsel for various large corporations. His practice focuses predominately on products liability litigation, commercial and business litigation, and professional liability litigation, such as accounting malpractice.

Recent significant cases include:

• Assistance with counseling and managing multi-district liability litigation for various large pharmaceutical manufacturers in connection with their prescription pharmaceutical drugs. 
• Assistance in representing various financial institutions in connection with a multi-billion dollar adversary proceeding within a bankruptcy of a large wholesale energy concern.
• Assistance in representing a major oil company and obtaining a summary judgment on $241 million fraud and breach of contract claims. In addition, obtained a six figure summary judgment on behalf of the client's counterclaim.
• Assistance in representing a fabricated products manufacturer in a breach of contract suit related to a multi-million dollar asset purchase agreement.
• Routinely assisting in representing national insurance companies and their excess claims divisions in defending multi-million dollar claims made against their insureds.
• Assistance with obtaining favorable summary judgments for a major tool and appliance manufacturer in automatic door and alleged distributor liability cases.

Joe is an avid golfer and a former member of the Big 10 Championship Golf Team at Indiana University.
