Jeremy Sheldon joined the London office of Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP as a partner in 2007. Jeremy is an experienced company/commercial lawyer specialising in the energy sector. In particular, Jeremy has extensive experience of advising on oil and gas (both upstream and downstream) and power related transactions as well as advising on infrastructure projects in the energy sector, both in the U.K. and internationally. This other expertise includes the petrochemical and energy from waste sectors.

Jeremy has advised on many M&A transactions in the energy sector involving significant cross-border advice.
