Jim Sales, the former head of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Litigation Department, is currently of counsel in the firm's Houston office. During his 47 years with the firm, his practice has concentrated on litigation of all types, with a heavy emphasis in tort-related litigation matters. For the last 20 years, he has devoted his practice to defense of a variety of complex products liability cases. He has handled and tried numerous general liability, products liability, and general commercial liability cases in both the state and federal courts.
