Jennifer Morgan is a senior associate in Fulbright & Jaworski's New York office. She focuses her practice on tax matters including tax planning, transaction structuring, negotiation, document drafting and general tax advice. Her clients have included public and private companies, C corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, investment managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, and nonprofit and tax exempts.
Jennifer’s experience includes advising clients on:
- Taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, public and private company transactions, SEC and private disclosure documentation and tax opinions
- Inbound and outbound international investments, hedge funds and investment management
- Debt transactions, stock transactions, subpart F and controlled foreign corporations, tax exempt organizations, and filing/reporting obligations
