Fulbright Forum: 6th Annual Litigation Trends Survey Report Web Seminar
1.00 CLE Hours
How has the economic crisis changed the way corporate counsel approach litigation budgeting, cost management, and alternative fee arrangements? Are historical trends changing in labor and employment litigation, class actions, and e-discovery practices?
This year's survey report includes responses from over 400 corporate counsel to these questions and more, and expanded research in several areas, including corruption and bribery investigations, domestic and international arbitration, and implications of social media usage. For the second year in a row we have also included open-ended "why" questions as to respondent's reasons for their answers.
