Fulbright partner Karl Dial was selected as one of 15 top Defenders in North Texas in the May 22, 2009, issue of the Dallas Business Journal.

After interviewing lawyers, judges and general counsel across North Texas, the 2009 class of Defenders was selected by a panel of Dallas Business Journal editors. Significant case wins, track record and giving back to the community through leadership in civic, professional and community organizations were considered in the decision-making process.

Dial, who is both a Certified Public Accountant and certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, has in-depth experience in all areas of multi-million dollar complex commercial litigation. He has tried dozens of cases in federal and state court and before arbitration panels.

Dial actively serves in various leadership roles for the Dallas community. He currently is the chairman of the Junior Achievement Board of Directors, the Dallas Business Hall of Fame Committee, and is also a director of the Texas Law Review Association.

In addition to being selected as one of the top 15 Defenders by the Dallas Business Journal, Dial is consistently selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America and a Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly magazine.
