Supreme Court/Appellate Lawyer Jonathan Franklin Joins Fulbright's Washington Office

Mr. Franklin, 42, will lead Fulbright's Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group, which includes 35 attorneys firmwide. He joins Fulbright from the Washington law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP, where he was a partner.
Mr. Franklin's experience spans a wide range of legal issues. He has handled cases involving constitutional and administrative law and procedure, as well as intellectual property, contract, insurance, civil rights, antitrust, labor, telecommunications and international law.
Mr. Franklin was recently recognized by clients and peers in this year's Chambers USA directory as one of the best appellate lawyers in the country.

Mr. Franklin served as law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He received his J.D. degree from the Yale Law School and his B.A. degree from Harvard.
