Fulbright Team Plays Key Position in Dallas Cowboys Bond Issue

A Fulbright public finance team represented the placement agents, Banc of America Securities LLC and Estrada Hinojosa & Company, Inc., in a $147,865,000 bond issuance for the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. The municipal bonds are secured by ticket and parking taxes to be collected during events at the new stadium, which is scheduled to open for the 2009 NFL season.

The City of Arlington, Texas, Dallas Cowboys Complex Admissions and Parking Taxes Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2006, were privately placed with accredited investors. The bonds are insured by Ambac Assurance and are rated AAA by Moody's and Standard & Poor's.
Dallas partners Robert D. Dransfield and Glen J. Hettinger worked on the financing.
