Glass joined Fulbright’s Dallas location in 1997. Her practice is devoted to operational, business and related regulatory issues affecting the health care services industry. Glass has broad experience in transactions with physicians, including the formation, acquisition and disposition of joint ventures, issues arising under the federal Medicare anti-fraud and abuse and Texas non-solicitation laws, the Stark law, hospital-physician contracting relationships, and advising health care providers on various day-to-day operating issues.

She also has significant experience in the organization and operation of managed care entities and their interaction with regulatory agencies.
