Fulbright litigation partner Stephen Pate has recently co-authored a new book, Toxic Mold Litigation. Addressing a number of professional disciplines surrounding this complex new area, Pate focuses on mold litigation issues in Texas, providing important insight into the most important elements of mold law in a state where mold litigation has been so prevalent. 
The book covers basic information about mold and mold law, discusses evidence and evidentiary standards, state mold law and litigation in states where there is a high incidence of mold litigation and, most valuably, a model for writing mold legislation for other states.
