Fulbright Houston partner Bill Pakalka was elected by his peers to the Council of the State Bar of Texas Antitrust & Business Litigation Section. His term will run for three years.

The section serves Texas lawyers, whose practice focuses on antitrust and complex business litigation. The section sponsors seminars on leading business issues and publishes the Monograph, an analysis of Texas antitrust laws, and the Texas Business Litigation Quarterly, an offering of the latest antitrust and complex business litigation matters.
Pakalka has been with Fulbright since 1973, focusing his litigation practice on antitrust, RICO, contracts and agreements, securities, general business, white collar crime, energy and oil and gas matters.
