Saul Perloff Joins Fulbright's San Antonio Office as a Partner

HOUSTON - Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. today announced that Saul Perloff has joined the firm as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group in San Antonio. Perloff joins the firm from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Perloff represents clients in a wide range of matters, particularly in the pharmaceutical and intellectual property litigation areas. He has represented pharmaceutical companies concerning the improper marketing and substitution of self-proclaimed generic drugs and represented a major company in an internal investigation relating to alleged accounting irregularities and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

His other experience includes defending and prosecuting claims of trademark and trade dress infringement, false advertising, trade secret theft, product liability, securities fraud, antitrust, and professional malpractice, among others.

Prior to working at his last firm, Perloff served as a trial attorney and member of the Chief Counsel's Honor Program in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Perloff is a member of the American Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Association and the California Bar Association. He received his A.B. from Princeton University in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
