We strive to create and maintain a workplace culture of inclusion and equality. To that end, our Diversity and Inclusion Committee is working to advance Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) inclusion and diversity within the firm, and looks for ways to advance LGBT organizations and causes.
We have already achieved notable recognition when the Human Rights Campaign honored us with its Corporate Equality Award on May 19 for our "outstanding leadership and service to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community."
For the previous three years, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation awarded the firm a 100 percent rating in its Corporate Equality Index. The CEI report is released each fall, providing an analysis and rating of large, national employers and their policies and services pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.
We have offered Domestic Partner Benefits for many years. It is our intent that an employee's designated domestic partner will be treated generally in the same manner as an employee's spouse.
Also, all full-time lawyers are eligible for adoption benefits and family leave to care for their partner or child.
