For more than 30 years, Harva Dockery has helped public and private companies accomplish their goals in a variety of complex corporate and securities transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, proxy contests, going private transactions and workouts. She has represented clients in the energy, manufacturing, food and retail industries and has managed transactions involving master limited partnerships, real estate investment trusts and agricultural farmers' cooperatives.
An attorney at Fulbright for her entire legal career, Harva became a partner in 1989. She serves as Vice Chair of Fulbright's Securities Practice Group. She also serves as the firm's Co-Chief Diversity Officer. She is a member of Fulbright's firm-wide Professional Responsibility Committee, co-founded and chaired the Dallas Office Women's Initiative and served as a principal in founding Fulbright's One-Firm Mentoring Program.
