Fulbright has one of the largest public law practices in the U.S., with over 50 lawyers working on hundreds of transactions each year. US P3s
Fulbright has been a pioneer in the growing field of Public-Private Partnerships in the United States, having served and continuing to serve as counsel on some of the earliest P3s in the U.S. Our lawyers advise clients in transactions involving new asset classes in US P3s and extend our work to U.S. state and local governments that are new to the P3 market.
Structured and Project Finance

Shipping, Transportation and Equipment Finance
Fulbright lawyers have worked throughout the transportation industry for many years, from representing air carriers to admiralty and marine law matters related to offshore petroleum operations to equipment financing for rails and aircraft. Our lawyers help bridge the gap in a country's transportation network through innovative financings of toll roads, highways, airports, transit systems, ports, bridges, parking facilities and other transportation facilities. Construction
Fulbright has represented parties in major construction projects since its inception. The Firm represents builders and developers of major infrastructure projects in the United States and throughout the world. We have extensive experience in the negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction contracts; subcontracts; project insurance; performance bonds and other related matters from every perspective as well as a long record of representing parties to disputes arising in this area.
Tax
Fulbright's tax lawyers have experience in virtually all areas of the U.S. federal income tax laws. Our skills extends to all aspects of structuring entities and transactions in the most tax-efficient manner. Our tax lawyers have worked extensively with the tax issues arising in connection with concession agreements and large infrastructure projects. In addition to the firm's domestic tax practice, we regularly advise non-U.S. clients on planning and operating investments in the U.S.

Fulbright's water law lawyers work with water resource owners, developers, financiers, and regulatory authorities in projects around the world.
