As an Associate, Eagle Robinson works with the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation practice groups. Eagle's practice focuses primarily on patent law—both litigation and transactional—though he spends a large portion of his time on counseling and litigation of health care-related issues. Eagle has also assisted with litigation involving trade-secret and business-tort claims.

Eagle's patent-related experience includes a broad range of mechanical and electrical technologies, including various medical devices, MEMS devices, oil and gas extraction technologies, optical filters, rapid-prototyping systems, imaging systems, construction products, consumer products and card payment and information systems. Eagle also has experience with appeals before the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI).

Eagle's health care-related experience includes advising clients with regulatory and compliance matters relating to the Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSPA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, the Health Care Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA), and various Texas statutes and regulations related to health care services and education. Eagle has also represented clients in negotiations with the Texas Department of Insurance and has assisted with regulatory matters before the Texas Board of Nursing.

Prior to joining Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., Eagle worked for two years during law school as a Patent Agent and law clerk at an intellectual property law firm in Oklahoma City.

While in law school, Eagle was an articles editor on the American Indian Law Review and was a member of teams representing the University of Oklahoma in ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competitions.  Eagle was also president of the student Intellectual Property Society and was selected for membership in both the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers.
