Dudley Oldham is a retired senior partner and current Of Counsel in the Houston location of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. having joined the firm in 1966. His significant litigation practice consists of complex litigation primarily in the areas of energy, patent infringement and trade secret litigation, commercial and business matters, class actions, arbitration, securities, aviation, insurance disputes and mass torts. He has been lead counsel in many large, complex disputes in federal and state courts, both internationally and domestically. A certified mediator and arbitrator, he is also a member of the AAA Texas Large Complex Case Panel and CPR.
Dudley served on the firm's Executive and Policy Committees for over 25 years. He is the former Chairman of the firm's Litigation Management Committee.

Dudley has served as a member of the Board of Editors of several legal publications and as country correspondent for the International Insurance Law Review. He has been a frequent contributor to programs and publications in various areas including a broad range of litigation topics, arbitration, class action and judicial selection and independence issues at law schools and legal seminars in the United States and abroad.

Dudley was admitted in 1966 to practice law in Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, all U.S. District Courts in Texas and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While Dudley stays very busy with activities surrounding the legal profession, he does find time for favorite outdoor activities of all varieties, including golfing, fishing, hunting and skiing. He has strong interests in photography and the arts. He finds great pleasure in spending time with this family, including his grown children and grandchildren.
