Dan McClure, a partner since 1986 in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Houston location, has an active trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts involving a variety of civil litigation matters. He has concentrated his practice on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, antitrust, business torts, contract disputes, securities, oil and gas, health law, qui tam actions and government investigations.
Dan has been twice named to the BTI Client Service All-Star Team, a list of fewer than 200 lawyers nationwide who deliver "the absolute best client service" based on a survey of corporate clients. He is Chair of Fulbright's firm-wide Class Action Practice Group.

Dan is an avid tennis player and bicyclist. He has participated for eleven consecutive years in the MS-150 bicycle ride from Houston to Austin (182 miles) as a member of the Rocket Sprockets Cycling Team.
