With a passion for what he does and a commitment to be a great trial lawyer, Dan Davison provides clients with strategic guidance in and out of the courtroom. A partner with Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. since 1993, Dan's practice is divided between commercial and intellectual property litigation with an active trial practice in both state and federal courts.
His litigation experience includes patent infringement, commercial torts, libel and slander, lender liability, breach of contract, trademarks, copyrights, defamation, invasion of privacy, Deceptive Trade Practices Act matters and fraud issues. He also has represented clients in the entertainment and professional sports industries.

Dan was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1984. He also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Federal Circuits.
Dan enjoys watching his kids' sports teams, golfing, snow skiing, fly fishing and hiking.
