A partner in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Houston office since January 1991, and head of the firm's Securities Practice Group, Charles Strauss has specific experience in matters involving:

Charles advises companies and boards of directors regarding numerous corporate matters, including relating to communicating with securities analysts and the press, indemnification and employment agreements, change of control agreements, antitakeover matters, stock purchases/sales and insider trading issues.
Charles has represented public and private companies in the oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas service, refining and marketing, pipeline, chemical, petrochemical, transportation, helicopter, information technology and computer industries.
Charles is a member of several firm committees, including the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
