Fulbright's Proactive Approach
In the area of corporate governance, Fulbright's Corporate Governance Practice Group constantly advises clients on Board and committee structures, as well as shareholder issues. We monitor stock exchange, SEC and PCAOB matters on a daily basis. In particular, Fulbright's Corporate Governance Practice Group counsels Board's and Board committees on sensitive internal matters and investigations, as well as special committees charged with responding to potential acquirors.
In the compliance area, Fulbright's Corporate Governance Practice Group tailors compliance programs in any number of areas, including:

- For the tenth consecutive year, Fulbright was chosen by Corporate Board Member as one of the top 25 corporate law firms in the nation in 2011.
