Cristina Lunders joined the Houston location of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 2006. She focuses her practice on litigation matters, including toxic torts, longshore claims, commercial disputes, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") investigations.
- Won judgment awarding attorney fees to client after winning judgment dismissing all of the plaintiff's multi-million dollar claims against her client
- Participated in multi-week trial in Hidalgo County, assisted with preparation of exhibits, deposition cuts, and expert cross-examination
- Participated as lead counsel in several mediations
- Deposed fact and expert witnesses in personal injury and commercial cases
- Removed a significant number of cases from actions filed in Texas and Louisiana state courts related to mass product liability claims
- Prepared and responded to discovery in a variety of cases
- Participated in internal and government investigations, including managing document collection, review, and analysis
- Managed document review involving over 3 million documents
- Prepared interview outlines and participated in numerous witness interviews of key employees in FCPA investigations
