Adrian Patterson practices in the area of public finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriters counsel and disclosure counsel. His practice concentration is in traditional municipal finance, both general obligation and revenue bonds, including higher education facility bonds, nonprofit hospital bonds and general obligation and revenue bonds for cities, counties, school districts, state agencies, water districts, special districts, municipal water and sewer systems and airports. Adrian also represents political subdivisions with respect to numerous public law issues, including elections, the Open Meetings Act and the Public Information Act.
