Tony Pantaleoni, a partner in the New York office since 1970, represents several corporations whose stocks are publicly traded. His corporate representation has involved a variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, exchange offers and corporate restructurings. Additionally, he has had substantial experience in public offerings and private placements of securities, having represented both issuers and investment banking firms in these transactions. Clients represented by Mr. Pantaleoni have included a wide variety of companies, such as an owner/operator of a national chain of hospitals, an owner of radio stations, a supplier of products which analyze medical health costs, a defense contractor, a software information retention and retrieval company, an electronic publisher of materials for the Internet, and various investment banking firms.

In 1961, Mr. Pantaleoni received a B.A. from Harvard University. In 1964, he received an LL.B. from the University of Virginia where he served as an editor of The Virginia Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1964.
