Commercial Litigation

Regulatory Disputes and Professional Disciplinary Proceedings

Fulbright’s government investigations and enforcement lawyers have acted in some of the most significant and important domestic and trans-national regulatory investigation and enforcement proceedings in recent years. This involves coordinating the range of regulatory responses that trans-national investigations require.
