Third Annual Litigation Trends Survey Findings: Worldwide Web Seminar

October 17, 2006

Bigger and more diverse than ever, the Third Annual Fulbright & Jaworski Litigation Trends Survey is out with some very interesting perspectives on the corporate litigation picture. This time, it is a world view with more than a quarter of the 422 participants representing companies in more than 20 countries. Find out where their most significant cases take place and what litigation they’re most concerned about, as well as what they’re saying about everything from arbitration versus litigation to e-discovery preparedness, class actions and regulatory activity. Compare your own experience with theirs, and hear how some of our most experienced Fulbright dispute practitioners interpret the meaning behind the numbers.

This Web Seminar is offered at no charge.

CLE Information: We will apply for one hour of California CLE credit, Texas CLE credit and New York nontransitional CLE credit. Newly admitted New York attorneys may not receive nontransitional CLE credit. Fulbright will supply a certificate of attendance to all participants that:

  • Complete our on-line evaluation form after the Web Seminar
  • Provide the assigned CLE number given during the course of the Web Seminar

The login information will be sent to registrants prior to the seminar.
